HPL subsidiary Adperma Builds Accessibility Ramp for Children with Special Needs in Nandigram

 

Haldia : "Adperma", a wholly owned subsidiary of Haldia Petrochemicals Limited (HPL), has constructed and dedicated a *220-foot cement and concrete accessibility ramp* for children with special needs at *Dakshin Gholepukhuria Sonali Sangha O Pathagar* , a childcare institution in Nandigram, Purba Medinipur. as a part of its CSR initiative.

With a focus on safety and accessibility, the ramp enables smooth access to upper floors, significantly aiding mobility and fostering an inclusive, child-centric environment.

Children from the institution actively participated in the inauguration ceremony, which was attended by representatives from HPL and its implementation agency, TCG Foundation.

This initiative underscores HPL’s enduring commitment to inclusive development and community welfare. By supporting infrastructure projects that improve accessibility for children with special needs, HPL continues to foster supportive environments that enable dignity, independence, and equal opportunity for all.
