HPL subsidiary Adperma organises free Health camp in Haldia

26 September, Haldia: Adperma - a wholly owned subsidiary of Haldia Petrochemicals Limited, organized a free Medical and Health check-up camp today at Chaitanyapur Primary School, Haldia, as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative for FY 2025–26.

The camp was conducted in collaboration with the Ramakrishna Sarada Mission Ashram, TCG Foundation, Health & Family Welfare Society, Purba Medinipur, and Chaitanyapur New Star.

The event was graced by several esteemed dignitaries, including Dr. Bibhas Roy, Chief Medical Officer, Health & Family Welfare Society, Purba Medinipur; Mr. Samiran Sarkar, General Manager – Administration, HR, and CSR, Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd.; Swami Vivekatmananda, General Secretary, Ramakrishna Sarada Mission Ashram, Haldia; Dr. Shashti Bhushan Kundu, Deputy Chief Medical Officer–IV; and Dr. Shubho Deep Bag, District Tuberculosis Control Officer, and others.

A total of 606 individuals, including children, benefited from the camp, receiving comprehensive health check-ups covering ENT, dental, cardiac, neurological, and orthopedic assessments. Free medicines were distributed, and free spectacles were arranged for 109 patients diagnosed with vision issues.
